Exhaust diffusers/deflectors

Right Im not to sure how to discribe them best but I want two exhaust diflectors/diffusers??? The ones im looking for are shaped like knuckles on the top or some may say like a bears paw??? lol
I have seen them on a few of the old pontiacs and buicks but I cant fins anywhere that sells what im looking for.
Can anyone help, im hopefully gona be finishing the boot and getting on with the underside and exhaust very soon, all going well.
